My husband brought me to the Food Bar because it's his new favorite lunch spot. I have to say that I am pretty fussy about the food I eat. In addition to that, I was in the restaurant business for years back in the 80's so I am very concerned with the food quality and cleanliness when ever I eat out.
I ordered the albacore tuna, red onion, avocado, provolone panini. It was so good, even I could not have done any thing to it to make it any better. It came with a side of pasta salad that was also very good. (and I am very picky about my pasta salad) I love the fact that their salads are all, "design your own," So it's always going to be just how I like it. Genius!
My husband has had the oven roasted turkey, the California, the grilled chicken, the Petaluma which is chicken salad, apple, walnuts, cranberries and brie. He loved them all along with the different sides they came with.
This new restaurant is a great addition to our awesome down town. It is very clean and modern with a nice welcoming home feel. Great quality and super fresh. I really loved the photo on the wall that I asked about and it turns out they have been preparing food together for over 33 years.

The Sheas, Joe and Lori, have opened their 5th restaurant in this area, and all are still flourishing. This one will, too.
It's a simple place with a simple atmosphere, but the two keys are Lori's ability to cook and concoct, and Joe's ability on the grill and prep.
I'm going to give you a clue: Sweet potato salad (like potato salad but with sweet potatoes).
After you finish your meal, take a little walk around the lovely downtown area.
